Northampton Raw Dog Food supply raw food and natural treats for both dogs and cats, delivering throughout the UK. They were established in 2017 when Zena had the idea to start the business, purchasing 2 freezers and putting them in her husband’s carpet showroom. Success Local created a one page site at this point to help her start promoting her business. Fast forward a few years and a lot more freezers later, Zena and the business was in a position and ready to upgrade her website into a fully fledged bespoke eCommerce website, which is when she gave us a call again.
New eCommerce Website Design & Build
When the business had outgrown her one page website we sat down with Zena to run through what they wanted and needed from their new website. We wanted to ensure that the business goals were taken into consideration in order for the new website to help achieve the ambitions of the business going forward so we created a bespoke design and then working hard by collaborating with Zena, we built their brand new eCommerce website with WordPress & WooCommerce. This was to be the next big step for the business.
Ongoing Web Support
Once the new eCommerce website had gone live, we developed new features over time, with Northampton Raw Dog coming onboard with our ongoing web support service. This allowed us to continually keep the website updated and help to introduce new features to the website like subscriptions and a loyalty scheme for their customers.
Expanding into Social Ads
Having watched Northampton Raw Dog Food grow over the previous 5 years, we saw a big opportunity to help them grow even more and get them to where they want to be for their next year’s target. We showed Zena what an investment in social ads could looks like and she started them straight away. The results for this campaign have been absolutely incredible and have increased sales & ongoing product subscriptions for the customer. This has allowed them to take on a new van for the local deliveries and start to look at another expansion to a second premises. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Northampton Raw Dog Food.
