Video – Why Should I Consider You?
This week’s video is the final instalment of our 10 week micro-pod series covering questions that we’re commonly asked by business owners like you, so we’ve decided to answer one of the most important questions our prospective clients ask us. Why should they choose us?
After all, most businesses have had some experience of digital at this point be it good, or bad. So, what makes us different and why should you choose us over another agency? As you can imagine, we can think of dozens of reasons to use us, but in this week’s video Ryan has summarised three of our core principles to ensure we offer an excellent experience and that we’re a great fit for you.
The internet has been around for long enough that most business owners have had an experience of digital marketing, whether that be an, unfortunately negative one or a positive one. So a lot of our customers do come to us with sort of concerns or reservations about the fact that in the past things haven’t worked for them. They really want to know why we’re different and what we’re going to do differently for them. For us as an agency, we have three principles that we stick to to determine whether or not we’re a good fit for a customer and so that we’re all on the same page before we enter into a campaign or project.
The first is that we actually have a consultation, a proper cosultation, not just over the phone or via email. We actually come out and see you to find out more about you, your business, what your plans are, what you want your marketing to achieve for you. We don’t just enter into things blindly.
The second is that we actually offer proof of concept as everything we offer from a digital marketing perspective is backed up by digital forecasts or design concepts so that we have a validatable point of reference to say that these campaigns are likely to work for you and deliver the results that you would like to achieve.
The third is that we’re actually really transparent, we’ll give you those forecasts, we’ll give you the results of your campaign, we’ll tell you what’s working and what’s not working. We don’t change our reports, so you will get the news equally, whether it’s good news or bad news, and we’ll always let you know what we plan to do about it.
So, for us, we don’t actually want to take on campaigns that we don’t think will work for the customer and we always wants to make sure that everyone’s aware of what the plan it at the start. So, that’s how we know whether or not we’re a good fit for a customer and for them to make decisions about whether we’re right for them.
