Role Overview: As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will be responsible for communicating campaign performance, strategising, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be essential in achieving our clients’ goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Engage with clients to discuss campaign performance, completed work, goals, and objectives.
- Address and resolve any inquiries, objections, or concerns related to digital campaigns.
- Provide proactive recommendations and insights to optimise campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise effective strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of strategies, ensuring they meet clients’ expectations and drive desired outcomes.
- Continuously analyse campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Client Engagement:
- Attend client meetings, both in person and via video calls, to discuss campaign progress and future plans.
- Work on maintaining and growing our existing client database through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients.
- Implement client retention initiatives to ensure continued business and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing account management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex digital concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Client Focus:
- Enjoy engaging with customers and possess strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle objections and queries with professionalism and empathy.
