Overview of the role

Role Overview: At Success Local, we’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of the latest SEO practices, exceptional customer relationship skills, and impeccable organisational abilities. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, driving performance, and nurturing strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing needs.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance client website visibility and rankings.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, performance metrics, and keyword rankings to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and progress.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.



  • Proficiency in the latest SEO practices and techniques.
  • Strong aptitude for customer relationship management.

  • Competitive salary (£30,000 – £35,000 per annum).
