As a Telesales Appointment Maker at Success Local, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage potential clients via telephone outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Appointment Booking:
- Conduct proactive telephone outreach to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify needs and qualify leads.
- Book high-quality appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified appointments.
Objection Handling and Relationship Building:
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Build rapport with potential clients, positioning Success Local as a trusted partner.
- Maintain a positive and persistent approach to outreach, staying positive despite setbacks.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, calls, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Track key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment quality.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the outreach strategy and enhance results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role focused on appointment booking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle objections positively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
