Overview of the role

Salary – £28,000 – £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission Structure

Your Roles & Responsibilities

In your role as a senior sales & account manager, you’ll be playing a key role in Success Local stepping up to enter the market with new larger client types and taking a leading role in the plan, strategy and delivery of digital marketing and website design to this new client type.

  1. Managing 3rd Parties – You will utilise strong leadership and management skills to manage both third-party and internal resources to support you in delivering effective lead generation activities. 
  2. Lead Generation & Sales Strategy – An important part of this role is the identification of fruitful channels and the formulation of effective strategies to tap into these opportunities. You will have the freedom to formulate strategies that you believe will bring success. 
  3. Lead Generation & Selling – You’ll be expected to own your strategies to identify your own prospects and nurture them through to the point of sale, ensuring an aligned and profitable sale.
  4. Account Management – As well as finding and winning new business, you’ll also be responsible for the account management of some of our existing customers to ensure retention and explore cross-selling and referral opportunities. 

 

Skills

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales executive, ideally within the digital marketing space or a comparable industry
  • Experience seeking out opportunities through telephone, social media, email marketing, events, networking and face to face
  • Self-motivated with a real hunger for results
  • Natural team player who is comfortable working across departments to get the right outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience working with a high degree of accountability
  • Adept at creating presentations and proposal documentation
