Overview of the role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing & Inbound Lead Specialist to drive the success of our marketing efforts and optimise inbound lead generation. This role will be responsible for supporting, executing, and refining the marketing plan, managing communication channels, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and results-driven, with a keen focus on generating quality leads to fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and enhancement of the marketing plan, including crafting engaging topics and content for weekly and monthly email campaigns targeting various prospect and customer lists.
- Execute the marketing plan effectively, analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Content Creation & Management
- Manage the creation of marketing materials (both internal and external), ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop visuals, graphics, and website updates that support marketing initiatives.
Inbound Lead Generation
- Strategise and implement campaigns to maximise inbound lead generation from marketing activities, ensuring leads are effectively captured and processed.
- Track and optimise lead generation efforts, focusing on quality and conversion rates.
Lead Distribution & Follow-Up
- Manage incoming leads, ensuring they are accurately tracked and promptly distributed to the relevant sales representatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and effective follow-up processes.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse the results of marketing campaigns, preparing detailed reports that evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to propose and implement improvements for ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on inbound lead generation.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM systems, analytics tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects effectively.
